    Hannah Alexander

    Hi, I'm Hannah,

I'm a teacher with a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education from Macquarie University, Sydney. I'm also a wife and mum of three.

A few years ago I decided to take my children outside to play everyday, for three hours a day, for a year.

    Why outdoor play?

During the year, I researched and read about the many benefits of outdoor play. And I watched as my own children started to play more creatively, argue less and sleep better at night—the benefits were endless.

I'm so excited to share with you some of what I've learnt.

To help you get your kids out the door more often, so you can start living a brighter life.
